National Brush Day is celebrated each year on November 1, the day after Halloween. This year we are participating in a campaign to help promote National Brush Day to our partners and the community as a whole.
The National Brush Day campaign is an effort of the Dental Trade Alliance Foundation, which works towards a mission of ensuring a healthy smile for all. National Brush Day is observed annually on November 1, the day after Halloween, to reinforce the importance of children’s oral health and promote good tooth-brushing habits recommended by dental experts. On this day, parents are encouraged to make sure their kids brush their teeth for two minutes, twice a day.
In 2021, the DTA Foundation is promoting National Brush Day as an opportunity for families to focus on improving their oral health together. The campaign, “Make National Brush Day a Family Affair,” has a variety of materials available for download, including a National Brush Day logo, posters, and social media posts with graphics.
We hope you will join us in promoting National Brush Day to your own circle of contacts, whether you send an email to your general distribution list, post on your social media accounts, or even simply put a National Brush Day logo on your website.
